I am seeking a skilled 3D sketchup modeler and designer to create a realistic 3D model of a house based on reference materials provided. This project involves analyzing topographical survey data and reference photographs of an existing residential property to design and build an accurate 3D representation of the exterior and select interior spaces of the house in sketchup.
The successful bidder will utilize the survey measurements and photos to first layout the foundation and overall structure of the building to scale. Walls, floors, ceilings and core architectural elements will then be modeled to resemble the actual construction based on visual clues in the photos.
Textures will be applied to approximate the actual materials used on the structure such as siding, roofing, floors etc. Landscaping and immediate surroundings may also be recreated if discernible. Once completed, the 3D model file should be of publishable quality for demonstrations or proposals. Please provide examples of past projects of a similar scope and scale.
Pictures of the required project will be supplied to the successful candidate.
