I need a designer / architect who can reimagine a downstairs area.
The space is around 20m2 and includes a shower / guest toilet room, living room come guest bedroom, and the main reception area to the property.
Key challenges are moving walls, accounting for electricity points in both stud and brick walls, replumbing. Modern home built in 2019.
