I'm looking for an experienced illustrator who can bring to life a concept that's already been established for a one-page poster. The cartoon mascot will be provided. The style I'm aiming for is Cartoon/Illustration and I'd like it to be bright and vibrant in color.
Key Requirements:

- Good communication skills to understand the concept and make necessary adjustments
- Prior experience in creating posters or signage design will be a plus
