One pager (Word) and PowerPoint Deck (17 pages) needs design

I have a one page summary pitch and a more detailed 17 page PowerPoint deck for the same company that need design themes added to make them look more professional. The same design needs to be added to both the one-pager and the PP deck.
I am looking for two design options to chose from.
The one-pager is attached, the PowerPoint is too large to upload and can be sent via WeTransfer
