45 min audio with Otter transcription to proof or re-transcribe

I have a 45 minute audio recording that has been
a) enhancedb) auto transcribed by the otter programme.
The otter programme has made a reasonable transcription but it has errors. To see how few / many errors do please listen to some of the audio (link) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hUwEIDVctIuL8oeJjghjvy7_pruRFad6/view?usp=drive_link
and read the accompanying transcription uploaded here.
We are looking for someone either to proof and correct the otter transcription or to undertake a new transcription from scratch. (there is no point writing to complain that it would be easier to start from scratch - you are welcome to do either). I am simply looking for an accurate transcription.
The speech is a single speaker.
