Looking to combines 2 logos

Hi, I am looking to combine my 2 logos into 1 with both wordings
I would need to it read Max Up as it does now with Wheelie and say Machine and Wheelie School In a nice design
This needs to be supplied in high resolution format with black font, white font and white background, black background and transparent background.
Supplied in PNG, EPS and PDF
*this is a re-advetisement due to the previous person letting me down. Due to this I need the design within the next 2 days. Don't apply if you cannot meet this.
