I'm an architect who designs custom high-end single-family homes, primarily in coastal New Jersey. I’m looking to collaborate with a 3D visualization artist who can take my clean SketchUp model, modify textures, landscaping, furniture, etc. and create a short, cinematic exterior video render that captures the feel and quality of the architecture. The goal is to produce a 30–60 second vertical-format video (ideal for Instagram Reels) that shows off the exterior from multiple dynamic angles — ideally incorporating natural lighting, subtle camera movement, landscaping, and environmental details like sky, reflections, and shadows. I’m not looking for something overly stylized or game-like — I want clean, realistic renderings that highlight materials and form, and feel architectural in nature. I currently use enscape, and I'm not happy with the quality. This could turn into ongoing work, as I regularly design similar homes and want to build a repeatable process with the right person. I've attached an image of the model for reference, and will provide the sketchup model upon agreement. Scope of Work: -Import my SketchUp model into your preferred render engine (D5 Render, Lumion, Twinmotion, etc.) -Apply realistic exterior materials, lighting, landscaping, and environmental effects (sky, sun, water, etc.) -Create a short 30–60 second cinematic video showcasing the exterior -Create 1 still rendered image of the front corner -Deliver the video in vertical format (optimized for Instagram Reels) -Include basic post-processing: lighting adjustments, exposure, contrast, etc. Ideal Candidate: -Strong experience in architectural rendering and animation -Skilled with D5, Twinmotion, or Lumion -Has a portfolio with exterior video animations -Understands pacing, camera movement, and visual storytelling Deliverables: -1 cinematic video (30–60 sec, vertical) -High-resolution export (MP4 preferred) -1 high resolution image Turnaround: 7–10 days

Mounts design Design brief Overview This job is a design job for physical computer mounts which will be made in metal and will be modular so they can be scaled up. The design will be initial design ideas shown by drawings, which will then be made into engineering drawings and put into CAD with STEP output so they can be given to the metal fabricators to make. Summary Our company designs a small desktop computer, the Louvar ZX12, which is installed on ships, where space is tight. Datasheet as attached. We currently have made simple mounting brackets as follows: - Angle mounts to bolt the computer to a desk. - Stack mounts which allow computers to be stacked up to 4 units high. - Vertical mount case, for a vertical mounting position. Pictures as attached. The design brief We now have a requirement to design mountings as follows: 1. Side mount, to attach between 1 to 4 x Louvars to the side of a desk (left or right). This should be a modular design, so each mount can attach to another mount, with fixings to mount the whole thing to the side of a desk. Each pc has a power supply which is at the back of each pc, and this needs to be housed as well. We also need to house a KVM switch, which will have a psu, and this is a different size to the pc’s. There will be 1 x KVM switch to 4 x pc’s. We would prefer a sleeve design, so that the pc slips inside the sleeve, and then it can be secured with bolts which align with the fixings on the side of the pc. Consideration should be given to how each unit can be removed easily, without disturbing the cable sand power supply at the back. The case should be strong enough to support up to 4 x pcs and 4 x psu’s. But weight is a consideration, and we should try and reduce weight in the mount wherever possible. Steel is the preferred material, which will then be powder coated. 2. Under desk When mounted under the desk, the pcs will go horizontally, in a modular arrangement, with 1 x KVM switch. 3. Desk mount The design is to have one pc on top of the other, and side by side. The KVM switch and the psu to be included. Again, a modular arrangement. 4. Rack mount The requirement is for up to 6 x pc’s and 6 x psu’s to be mounted on a shelf in a standard 19-inch computer rack. The pc’s will be mounted vertically. An extra strong shelf will need to be designed to support the weight. This job will suit a design engineer who has experience in designing in metal, and who has an understanding of metal fabrication. This initial project focuses on a single diamond bracelet, which if done well, will result for a long-term engagement involving hundreds of additional jewelry pieces. Our Need: We require stunning, visually compelling renders that accurately capture the brilliance, fire, and intricate details of diamond jewelry. The goal is to produce images that are indistinguishable from professional photography, suitable for e-commerce, marketing, and client presentations. OBJ File Handling: You will receive OBJ files directly from our factory. It is crucial that you have a robust workflow to efficiently import these files, even if initial material separations are not present. You must be able to expertly separate and identify individual components (metal parts, each diamond, and any other elements) within the imported model to apply distinct materials. Realistic Material Application: Diamonds: Ability to apply physically accurate diamond materials that showcase optimal dispersion ("fire"), brilliance, and sparkle. Metals: Proficiency in applying realistic precious metal materials (e.g., various karats of gold, platinum, silver) with appropriate reflections, textures, and finishes. Expert Lighting & Composition: Strong understanding of lighting principles to create environments (e.g., using HDRIs, studio lighting) that maximize the visual impact and realism of the jewelry, emphasizing reflections and diamond sparkle.
