User DB synchronization between WordPress and POS - need a proprietary script to get fixed

The user database from the WordPress website should be synced with the POS user database. We use a script (3rd server) that checks WordPress user DB for any new users every 2 minutes. The script creates a new user in POS if there are new users. The problem is that script stops working for various reasons (Unicode issues, for example). The developer is not being responsive or responsible. We need a coder who can test the code/script and fix the problem with syncing.
