QS required for excavation calculation

A lot of people have wasted my time. So if you can do the following task to demonstrate your understanding, job is yours.
Dim paper attached.
Dim Paper calculation, annotation and wastage on this sheet to demonstrate your understanding of the skirting board required of a 5m x 7m room with door opening of 1.2m.
For someone experienced, it should take no more than 5 minutes. The actual job will be much more complex.
