Content Writing for Immigration Website

Hi
We are looking to hire someone who can create and write relevant content for our website on a regular basis. We would like to hire someone who understands Immigration and who understands the quality of content.
Initially we would need to build 2 micro sites , one for Australia and 1 for Canada and this then needs to be followed up with 1 post or one addition to the site every week.
We want to work with someone long term and not just on one off basis . We are not looking just for the cheapest possible quote but we would like value for our money.
