VMWare Corrupted .vmdx Recovery

I need a VMWare Specialist who can help me recover a corrupted Virtual Machine. When I start the VM it displays the loading message and then says the VM is corrupt and cannot be loaded. I have checked drive where VM is located and I have checked all system drives. No errors were found.
