Existing VB Excel Sheet needs to be flixed and improved

I had an XLSM sheet built some years ago but it is buggy and I need to have it looked at and fixed, and also improved. It has constant errors when it tries to create new files based on the data within the sheet. This could be the VB or could be security policies within the folder structures.
