Woocommerce create orders via mysql DB

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with creating orders in Woocommerce via a MySQL database.
Type of Orders:
- I am specifically interested in creating orders for digital products.
Existing Order Formats:
- I have existing formats for the orders that need to be created.
I am running a custom system on Wordpress that includes users, orders and products. I want to migrate this into Woocommerce. The difficulty is that I only have the data dump from the DB so this data structure needs to be adjusted to work with Woocommerce tables and inserted in the DB so that customer, product and orders retains it's data integrity.
