Office Space planner/Technical planner/Sketch up

We seek a skilled office space planner and technical designer to support our expanding team. Candidates must have extensive experience in UK commercial space planning with a strong understanding of legal requirements for walkways, distances and more. The selected freelancer will aid our space planning efforts by creating detailed floor plans, technical drawings and other architectural documents. The available contract role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key support function within a growing team. This role is for ongoing work and we would estimate 10 - 20 hours a week would be required.
