Office Space planner/Technical planner/Sketch up

We seek a skilled office space planner and technical designer to support our expanding team. Candidates must have extensive experience in UK commercial space planning with a strong understanding of legal requirements for walkways, distances and more. The selected freelancer will aid our space planning efforts by creating detailed floor plans, technical drawings and other architectural documents. They should have expertise producing layouts, teapoint and wall elevations, reflected ceiling plans, lighting and heating layouts as well as mechanical schematics. Knowledge of technical drawing standards is essential. The ability to also generate 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp would be highly beneficial but is not mandatory. Ideal candidates will possess multi-year experience delivering space planning and design services for corporate clients. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is preferred. While proximity to our Dorset office is advantageous, remote candidates with a proven track record of successful virtual collaborations will also be considered. The available contract role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key support function within a growing team.
This role is for ongoing work and we would estimate 10 - 20 hours a week would be required.
