Advertising for use in emails and socials to promote my website

Description

I am looking for a reasonably priced graphic designer that can create easy to understand designs that I can use to reply to email enquiries and post on our socials. Various friends/colleagues and associates will also be sharing these on my behalf.
I will require a template design that can be used over and over again, something that becomes easily recognisable over time.
The email graphic must be easily attachable so must be low resolution, the social media graphic must fit the required area as it will be for Instagram and Facebook.
The graphics need to be punchy and to the point.
I will in most cases be able to supply image/s and I will require this to be completed quickly and on a regular basis but to start off with once a month and more if these campaigns work for me and my brand.
Some examples of very old graphics below, I need a more modern update feel for these now.
Budget can be discussed, as this is regular work I expect there to be some movement in your rates.
