Django - world maps

I have a Django project that requires an offline world map. The map should be simple, similar to Google Maps, with all countries and city names in English, as well as water and land. I want to use this map completely offline without any API or internet usage. Django will retrieve tiles from the local host.
Key Requirements:- The map should have zooming in/out and placing marker at multiple coordinate functionality.- Markers will highlight capital cities and landmarks.- Map tiles should be in PNG format.- Make map visually impressive as much as you can with easy loading and functions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:- Proficiency in Django.- Experience with integrating offline maps into web applications.- Ability to simplify complex tasks for better understanding.- Familiarity with handling and displaying map tiles.- Knowledge of Python and Django's HTML integration.
Please note, you do not need to download a large amount of tiles. A simple and sweet world map will suffice.
