We are seeking an experienced industrial equipment technician to provide repair and maintenance services for our machinery. Our company manufactures equipment for various industries and requires expertise in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. The selected freelancer will be responsible for inspecting and troubleshooting issues with a variety of machinery including conveyor belts, assembly lines, stamping presses, robotic arms, and power tools. Detailed maintenance is performed periodically to minimize downtime and prevent future problems. Repairs range from replacing worn components to complex overhaul of entire mechanical systems. Strong practical knowledge of industrial automation, PLC logic and motor controls is essential. Proficiency in mechanical drafting software would be beneficial for documenting equipment designs and procedures.
