Design Treasure Hunt for family friendly guided tours

I am looking for a graphic designer to help me create a treasure hunt map for family-friendly tours in Rome. The map will be a folded A4 sheet with the following layout:
- **First page**: Contains the logo and the tour name.- **Second page**: Features riddles.- **Third page**: Includes a map with three possible answers for each riddle.- **Fourth page**: Displays images of pieces of art with incorrect objects that kids should find.
All of this needs to be delivered in both a printable version and an editable version, so we can change riddles or images if we find them unsuitable during the tours.
