I need an editable newleltter template created

HiI'm look for someone to create an editable newsletter template.* 2 sided A4, with columns, boxes for images etc. *I will be populating this myself with content. *This will be shared with dept managers who can either stick with my content or change to meet their needs. They will add their departmental logo and their own newsletter title if they wish-hence the need for it to be editable once I've populated it. It needs to be in a format that can be either attached to an email or printed hard copy.I hope this makes sense?I look forward to hearing from youPhilippa
