UI/UX Designer for Career Page (One-Pager, Figma + Bootstrap)

Description

We are looking for a talented and reliable UI/UX Designer to create a modern, engaging one-page career landing page in Figma, following our established design guidelines and layout standards based on Bootstrap.
This page will serve as a template for future career pages, so clean structure, layout consistency, and excellent UX are essential. We will provide all content (text, headings, imagery, etc.) — your task is to design the responsive page layout in a way that is highly visually appealing, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized.
What we’re looking for:- Experience in designing landing pages or single-page websites- Strong UI/UX sense, especially in content hierarchy and visual flow- Ability to work with minimalist designs (few colors, modern layout)- Designs must follow our brand guidelines and be compatible with Bootstrap- Delivery in Figma- Ideally, able to implement responsive best practices visually
What we’ll provide:- Clear design guidelines (fonts, spacing, colors, etc.)- All text, images, and structural input- Bootstrap framework specifications

Optional but a plus:- Experience designing career pages or employer branding pages- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for implementation awareness)
