Drafting hand drawn architectural survey in CAD

I would like a cost for drafting my hand-drawn measured survey into CAD (AutoCAD). The property is a medium-sized residential property with a commercial-looking frontage (it's being converted). I have drawn the ground and first floor plans, which i can send to you for quoting purposes. I also require the elevations to be drafted. I have taken photos of the elevation and so counting bricks is probably the best way to get the elevations semi-accurate. Accuracy on the elevation is less important. We are seeking a skilled 3D rendering artist or architectural visualizer to create marketing-quality concept images of a real estate development. Design needed for mounting computers on board ship

Mounts design Design brief Overview This job is a design job for physical computer mounts which will be made in metal and will be modular so they can be scaled up. The design will be initial design ideas shown by drawings, which will then be made into engineering drawings and put into CAD with STEP output so they can be given to the metal fabricators to make. Summary Our company designs a small desktop computer, the Louvar ZX12, which is installed on ships, where space is tight. Datasheet as attached. We currently have made simple mounting brackets as follows: - Angle mounts to bolt the computer to a desk. - Stack mounts which allow computers to be stacked up to 4 units high. - Vertical mount case, for a vertical mounting position. Pictures as attached. The design brief We now have a requirement to design mountings as follows: 1. Side mount, to attach between 1 to 4 x Louvars to the side of a desk (left or right). This should be a modular design, so each mount can attach to another mount, with fixings to mount the whole thing to the side of a desk. Each pc has a power supply which is at the back of each pc, and this needs to be housed as well. We also need to house a KVM switch, which will have a psu, and this is a different size to the pc’s. There will be 1 x KVM switch to 4 x pc’s. We would prefer a sleeve design, so that the pc slips inside the sleeve, and then it can be secured with bolts which align with the fixings on the side of the pc. Consideration should be given to how each unit can be removed easily, without disturbing the cable sand power supply at the back. The case should be strong enough to support up to 4 x pcs and 4 x psu’s. But weight is a consideration, and we should try and reduce weight in the mount wherever possible. Steel is the preferred material, which will then be powder coated. 2. Under desk When mounted under the desk, the pcs will go horizontally, in a modular arrangement, with 1 x KVM switch. 3. Desk mount The design is to have one pc on top of the other, and side by side. The KVM switch and the psu to be included. Again, a modular arrangement. 4. Rack mount The requirement is for up to 6 x pc’s and 6 x psu’s to be mounted on a shelf in a standard 19-inch computer rack. The pc’s will be mounted vertically. An extra strong shelf will need to be designed to support the weight. Create photorealistic 3D rendering of electric motor components.

We are a manufacturer of electric motors, and wish to create a photo realistic rendering of some components of a particular product. We can supply .stp files and photographs of the physical components (see attached). In particular, we would like the winding coils on the completed render to replicate the photographs of the product, so there is perhaps some graphic manipulation or modelling in a software of your choice to complete. We use solidworks as our design tool, but cannot release SW native files for confidentiality reasons. We can however supply .stp (or another format) files as you require. We have estimated the price, and this project is open to UK freelancers only.
