1. Users can set up a basic account and submit business details to the directory for verification by the admin2. The admin can accept the listing in full and publish as is, make amendments and publish, reject in full or contact the submitting party for further details about proposed business3. 2-3 static paages using existing theme templates4. Connecting PayPal Account to the Listeo theme5. Contact form for general queries with some sensible captcha.6. Contact form where business listing details can be submitted.7. Standard free business listing to include: business name, logo, address8. Full business listing will include what a free listing has + photos, info on features, location on map9. Home page based on template no. 4 - part of the theme already.
