Corporate plan turned into visual

Description

Please help me to create a corporate plan as a visual.
Three images attached for guidance. 1. File I have mocked up in power point for content and concept.2. Image with handwriting on to illustrate a couple of requirements I could not create in PP.3. Images with colours I would like to use. Green/Purple/Orange/Blue/Magenta - I do not have the specific colour numbers. Closest match is fine.
Please check the files before offer.
