Our services include repairs, credit hire, vehicle recovery, and full insurance claims handling. We are seeking an experienced developer or small team to build a custom CRM system to automate our end-to-end claims process—from claimant data intake, vehicle checks, and insurer correspondence, through to document generation, credit hire tracking, and legal escalation. Claimant Intake Portal (Web Form) • Public-facing form with: • Personal/contact details • Vehicle registration • Accident details • File/photo uploads • Driving licence entry with consent capture 2. API Integrations • DVLA (vehicle tax & MOT status) • MIB (insurance verification) or 3rd-party proxy • Vehicle spec lookup (e.g. CarWeb API) • Driving licence check via third-party API (e.g. Licence Check or TrustID) 3. Workflow Automation • Automatically generate and send: • Hire agreements • Repair estimates • Recovery/storage invoices • Letters of claim and follow-ups • Trigger time-based escalations if insurers do not respond within 15–30 days • Assign and monitor hire vehicle usage 4. Credit Hire & Repair Tracking • Record hire start/return dates • Log vehicle assignment • Track storage duration • Monitor repair progress • Invoice generation and claim flagging 5. Legal Escalation Tools • Auto-generate: • Pre-action protocol letters • Particulars of claim • Full court bundle (PDF export) • Case progression and legal trigger points built into workflow 6.
