Booking system for restaurant website

I need a booking system for my restaurant website. The site is made in Wordpress. I would like the booking system to have a separate login for staff to manage bookings with the ability to email customers via this maybe by SMTP and to have bookings auto populate in calendar. I need a simple task implemented on my website: when someone clicks a button, a popup should appear asking them to enter their email and phone number to be notified when we go live. Currently, I have a popup in Brevlo, but it only triggers on a timer, not when a button is clicked.
