I’m a solo founder building a standout personal recruitment brand. I need: • A few LinkedIn carousels that pop. Imagine bold, sassy, emotional, teaser-style typography layered looks. • A shimmering, glow-up profile photo edit (Required like urgently). • Final designs have to be 100% editable in Canva. No corporate, boring, sterile styles, this is not a suit-and-tie, dull brand. This brand is a modern vibe, and it exudes energy and presence while still having that touch of professional edge. I’m looking for someone with: • Strong creative direction (anything but bland and basic). • A natural flair for creating high-quality, stunning, dramatic, scroll-stopping visuals/carousels. • Open-minded with clear, quick rapport. • Can understand a brief and execute without constant handholding/babysitting (I'll give you your space). • Superb branding and storytelling knowledge/capabilities. I have been working with Cloudflare, and they have directed me to a website that provides detailed results on why a website is performing slowly, including a full report of the code and images that are causing the issues. I am therefore in a much better position to objectively understand the service the website developer is providing and the time needed to deliver results. I would appreciate regular updates on speed improvements every 4 hours, once each stage is completed, based on the areas I have identified as needing improvement to improve page speed. This will help me understand which areas have seen the most progress, if any. The areas identified are: Stage 1. Reduce Page Size: Minimize HTTP Requests: Combine CSS and JavaScript files, and use cache-friendly image formats.   Remove Unnecessary Code: Eliminate custom CSS, JavaScript, and code injections that are not essential to your site's functionality. Limit Fonts: limit different web fonts to two   Ensure Custom Code is optimised  ensure custom code is optimised to minimise its impact on page load times.    All of the above, including the exact number of fonts being wrongly used and the specific troublesome code, are identified in the [experiments] results. Completion of all four stages, ensuring that when the test is rerun, all issues have been resolved, will result in 100% of the fee being paid. I would appreciate updates every 4 hours or after each stage is complete, after accepting the job and providing website admin access. I will only entertain 50% deposit requests.
