This retail shop specializes in buyback-style loans, trading used goods, and short-term financing. The goal is to develop an online presence to complement the physical store. The website will showcase available new and pre-owned inventory across flexible categories for viewing and purchase. Registered customers can manage buyback contract renewals and securely upload identification documents. Integration with proprietary software and marketplaces like eBay allows synchronization of stock levels. An admin dashboard gives staff control over the catalog, orders, and site administration. Key features involve a public product catalog holding up to 500 items. Customers set up secure accounts to view loan details and obligation dates. Mobile responsiveness ensures the inventory and services are accessible anytime, anywhere. The developer will select a scalable hosting solution, implement SSL for security, configure the domain and admin control panel, then launch the live site. Fulfillment of e-commerce and user functionality warrants a smooth shopping and account management experience. Compliance with trading standards and age verification on restricted goods protects both business and buyers. Payment handling adheres to protocols for protection of sensitive financial information. Once completed, this website aims to drive store foot traffic by offering an online browse-and-buy option. Renewed loan contracts and product trades can occur remotely through the member portal. Overall, the digital presence bolsters brand awareness and consolidates operations through integrated third party marketplaces and internal records.

I have been working with Cloudflare, and they have directed me to a website that provides detailed results on why a website is performing slowly, including a full report of the code and images that are causing the issues. I am therefore in a much better position to objectively understand the service the website developer is providing and the time needed to deliver results. Here are links identifying the exact issues with highlighting of the code etc that is causing the issues which can be found in experiments: https://www.webpagetest.org/result/250613_ZiDc76_36V/ https://www.webpagetest.org/result/250613_YiDc23_34C/ https://www.webpagetest.org/result/250613_ZiDc76_36V/1/experiments/ https://www.webpagetest.org/result/250613_YiDc23_34C/1/experiments/ Without disabling any of the working widgets, including the language translator and the CookieYes widget, and without altering the design or functionality of the website in any way, I aim to resolve the issues (which are clear and detailed, including snippets of the offending code) in the website's page speed results. I would appreciate regular updates on speed improvements every 4 hours, once each stage is completed, based on the areas I have identified as needing improvement to improve page speed. This will help me understand which areas have seen the most progress, if any. The areas identified are: Stage 1. Reduce Page Size: Minimize HTTP Requests: Combine CSS and JavaScript files, and use cache-friendly image formats.
Remove Unnecessary Code: Eliminate custom CSS, JavaScript, and code injections that are not essential to your site's functionality. Stage 2 . Streamline URL Redirects: Simplify Redirect Structures:
Minimise unnecessary redirects,

Stage 3. Optimise Images: Compress Images:
Use online tools or image optimisation software to reduce the file size of images without significantly impacting quality.
 Change Format:
use for JPGs for photos and PNGs for graphics and logos, where appropriate.

 Resize Images:
Ensure images are appropriately sized for their display and avoid unnecessary scaling, as this can slow down page loading.

 Stage 4. Limit Fonts:
limit different web fonts to two
 Ensure Custom Code is optimised
ensure custom code is optimised to minimise its impact on page load times.

All of the above, including the exact number of fonts being wrongly used and the specific troublesome code, are identified in the [experiments] results. Completion of all four stages, ensuring that when the test is rerun, all issues have been resolved, will result in 100% of the fee being paid. I would appreciate updates every 4 hours or after each stage is complete, after accepting the job and providing website admin access. I will only entertain 50% deposit requests.
