Non-Corporate Designer Needed for Carousel + Profile Glow-Up

I’m a solo founder building a standout personal recruitment brand. I need:
• A few LinkedIn carousels that pop. Imagine bold, sassy, emotional, teaser-style typography layered looks. • A shimmering, glow-up profile photo edit (Required like urgently). • Final designs have to be 100% editable in Canva.
No corporate, boring, sterile styles, this is not a suit-and-tie, dull brand. This brand is a modern vibe, and it exudes energy and presence while still having that touch of professional edge.
I’m looking for someone with:
• Strong creative direction (anything but bland and basic). • A natural flair for creating high-quality, stunning, dramatic, scroll-stopping visuals/carousels. • Open-minded with clear, quick rapport. • Can understand a brief and execute without constant handholding/babysitting (I'll give you your space). • Superb branding and storytelling knowledge/capabilities.
If you deliver, I would consider you for more work or as a permanent designer forming part of my circle for ongoing or ad-hoc work. If this is your lane, go for it and send over some samples you’ve done. If not, don’t waste either of our time knowing this project is not up your street.
