Job overview:
I'm looking for an experienced developer to integrate OpenAI's GPT-4o API into my existing React/Vite application. The application, called CopyMax, is designed to generate high-quality marketing text for various digital marketing needs, including Facebook ads, landing pages, VSLs and emails. Currently, the frontend and part of the backend are ready, and now I need to integrate the OpenAI API for the automatic generation of copys.
Responsibilities:
1. integration of the API:
. Install and configure the OpenAI GPT-4o API key securely using environment variables.. Create an API service in our application to handle requests to the OpenAI API.. Ensure secure and efficient handling of API requests and responses.
2. Integration with Copy Creator Modules:
. Each module must include prompts adapted to the specific type of text it generates, incorporating input provided by the user. . Ensure that the information provided by users (via inputs, selects, etc.) is correctly sent to the API and used to generate the copies.
4. Optimization and scalability:
. Ensure that the integration is optimized for performance, minimizing latency and handling simultaneous requests efficiently.. Plan for scalability to support growing user demands.
5. Error handling and testing:
. Implement robust error handling to manage API errors and user input validation.. Carry out thorough testing to ensure that the integration works perfectly across different modules and use cases.
Requirements:
. Experience with React.js and API integration.. Knowledge of backend development to configure API calls efficiently.. Good communication skills to align expectations and deliver high-quality work.
