FullStack AWS Developer Overview: We are looking for an AWS FullStack Developer to fill a permanent role with a small and growing logistics company located in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will be in or within driving distance of Nashville, TN should in office work be required. Fully remote candidates will be considered. Required skills and experience: Primary responsibilities for this role include managing traditional relational database systems; creating and managing SOAP and REST APIs and driving an AWS cloud migration. Technical skills required for a successful engagement include experience with backend(Node.JS/Python) and front end(Vue.JS/React/Angular) dev languages; AWS technologies: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cloudformation, and RDS; and knowledge of traditional database systems(SQL/Oracle). Experience with modern software development and DevOps processes such as Agile/Scrum and CI/CD pipelines are also desired. Applicants with experience in the logistics and transportation sector will be prioritized as the vocabulary and industry knowledge is important to the client. Skills: 6+ years of software development in AWS environment - Experience with Vue.js, Angular, React.js - Experience with backend development languages like javascript(NodeJS), Python, PHP - Experience with Postgres or similar databases and SQL - Ability to build SOAP/REST API's - AWS skills: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, and RDS(2 required) Nashville, TN

Project Description: We are a UK-based accident repair and credit hire business that manages both fault and non-fault vehicle damage claims. Our services include repairs, credit hire, vehicle recovery, and full insurance claims handling. We are seeking an experienced developer or small team to build a custom CRM system to automate our end-to-end claims process—from claimant data intake, vehicle checks, and insurer correspondence, through to document generation, credit hire tracking, and legal escalation. This system will form a core part of our business. We prefer it to be based on EspoCRM or a custom Laravel/PHP solution with clean workflow logic, robust API integration, and future scalability. ⸻ Core Features Required: 1. Claimant Intake Portal (Web Form) • Public-facing form with: • Personal/contact details • Vehicle registration • Accident details • File/photo uploads • Driving licence entry with consent capture 2. API Integrations • DVLA (vehicle tax & MOT status) • MIB (insurance verification) or 3rd-party proxy • Vehicle spec lookup (e.g. CarWeb API) • Driving licence check via third-party API (e.g. Licence Check or TrustID) 3. Workflow Automation • Automatically generate and send: • Hire agreements • Repair estimates • Recovery/storage invoices • Letters of claim and follow-ups • Trigger time-based escalations if insurers do not respond within 15–30 days • Assign and monitor hire vehicle usage 4. Credit Hire & Repair Tracking • Record hire start/return dates • Log vehicle assignment • Track storage duration • Monitor repair progress • Invoice generation and claim flagging 5.
