Modify Squarespace Site

I'm trying to modify the Squarespace website for our small arts non-profit. I have most of the content and know what I'd like done but I don't know how to quickly make changes. I need the changes done soon and I think they could be done in a couple of hours. The changes entail things like adding spacers, moving around pages, improving the navigation bar, and fixing some other design elements on the home page, etc. It might be best to work together in a live session or I'd like to at least explain what is needed live. I would also value receiving design feedback and may be able to pay for more design work in the future. I also need help installing new code that I have for a widget and removing the old widget.
