I seek an experienced YouTube consultant to launch and shepherd a new channel. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of helping fledgling YouTube creators find their footing and get acclimated to the platform. Your role will be twofold - first, set up the technical infrastructure like creating the channel, optimizing profiles/metadata, and configuring backend settings to maximize discoverability and engagement. Secondly, provide strategic guidance and best practices for content planning, production, promotion, and community cultivation.
