Creating property floorplan and room layout

Hi,
At the first stage of the project, we are looking for someone to come to our shop, take measurements and then create a professional floorplan (i.e. using CAD or other software).
At the second stage, we are looking to work with this person and (using the floorplan) create 2-4 layouts with rooms, toilets, reception areas etc.
The shop is located London at 272 Fulham Road, SW10 9EW and the use of the shop will be for a cosmetic clinic.
