I am seeking an experienced website/WordPress developer based in the UK to update my existing website. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WordPress development. I need the developer to add an R&D tax calculator to the website, and it should be an advanced calculator with customizable options. Additionally, the developer will need to create the initial 16 pages of the website with content. The project requires the following skills and experience: - Expertise in WordPress development or can adapt a website builder from a fast host to incorporate the required features- Experience in adding advanced calculators with customizable options - Knowledge of R&D tax incentives and ability to create high-quality service descriptions/content for the initial 16 pages to include 10 industries that conduct R&D and claim R&D tax incentives. There is a landing page already created. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS and other relevant web development technologies. - Ideally local to Manchester and the surrounding area

The map must utilize open-source technology and display the 2011 ward boundaries for Manchester City Council, sourced from the provided Ordnance Survey data: https://www.data.gov.uk/dataset/fcd82afe-d8fd-417a-ac0a-b3acd7d8a422/census-merged-wards-december-2011-boundaries-ew-bfe Comparable property sale values from the attached spreadsheet, geocoded by postcode, need to be transliterated onto the map as a dynamic heatmap. The heatmap coloring should correspond proportionally to the £/m2 figures in the final column of the excel file. The completed map file should be hosted on a software platform that allows external viewing and utilization of the full interactive functionality. In addition, a sample screenshot of the visualized heatmap would benefit evaluation of the final product.
