We are looking for an experienced Wikipedia editor and publisher who understands and adheres to Wikipedia’s notability guidelines, citation requirements, and content neutrality policies. The candidate will be responsible for writing complete and compliant Wikipedia articles for both of our brands:
- Create a Wikipedia profile, write an article, and publish a dedicated Wikipedia page for MAI (myproject.ai) – a UK-based AI platform that connects project owners with verified traders.- Create a Wikipedia profile, write an article, and publish a dedicated Wikipedia page for Work-tops.com – One of the UK’s top suppliers of premium stone worktops for kitchens and bathrooms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Draft and structure two high-quality Wikipedia articles: one for myproject.ai (MAI) and one for Work-tops.com.2. Ensure each article meets Wikipedia’s content guidelines.3. Third-party notable references (news, press mentions, authoritative links)3. Neutral tone (no promotional language or promotional links)4. Accurate structure (About, History, Mission, Services, etc.)5. Submit the articles on Wikipedia for review and approval.6. Monitor and make necessary edits if flagged by Wikipedia moderators.

Must Cover:
- Launch year, purpose of serving, about the CEO, headquarters (full details will be provided).- Services for guest users, project owners, traders (including subscription models), and interns.- Vision, mission, and platform benefits.- Unique offering of skill acquisition and monetisation for interns.- Citations and links to online sources or media mentions
Wikipedia Page 2: Work-tops.com
Overview:
Work-tops.com is a premium UK-based retailer of stone worktops, tiles, sinks, and washbasins for kitchens and bathrooms. Known for affordable pricing, excellent Trustpilot reviews, and UK-wide delivery, the platform also serves DIY worktops and custom-size surfaces.
Must Cover:
- Business launch, progress, brand value, mission, vision, purpose, about the CEO and evolution.- Range of products: Worktops, tiles, sinks, washbasins.- Key features: DIY customisation, fast UK-wide delivery, top-rated service.- Trust indicators: customer reviews, delivery commitments, pricing advantage.- Citations, industry mentions, and customer media feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in publishing live and records of your Wikipedia pages (please share examples).- Deep understanding of Wikipedia’s notability and sourcing requirements.- Excellent research and writing skills.- Ability to cite credible third-party sources (we will provide some).- Must ensure that the article is not deleted or flagged.
Deliverables
- 2 fully structured, published Wikipedia pages.- Pages must stay live and pass Wikipedia moderation.- Make edits if flagged within the first 90 days post-publication
