Full Time DEV to work on Extranet / PHP site and Mailchimp.

Looking for a full-time or a minimum of 20 hours a week to work on a PHP Extenet website.
Working on tasks on Basecamp, to make changes to the back end of a CMS site.

We will work closely with another excellent developer who overseas the tasks you complete, checking the code and times spent on tasks.
I am looking to provide a list of tasks and for you to price each task. I have added a screenshot below.
Some tasks can be done as add-hock tasks as they are simple updates/changes to already made templates, some tasks are more in-depth tasks that require time and work.
UK developers or English as your first language only due to communication and difficulty of some tasks.
i have just set a budget but understand it will be on a price per task and will change. Tasks are added and continue work / development.
