We are looking for a technical writer that can:- Collaborate with technical teams to understand platform features and capabilities.- Create detailed documentation that guides our clients in re-purposing our platform for different brands- Update existing documentation to reflect changes in software and application functionalities.- Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand by the layperson.- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style and content.
Qualifications- Degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the technology sector.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp complex products and concepts.- Experience with documentation tools and software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
