I require a graphic designer to produce a series of sprites, maps and UI for a 2d pixel game. This initial task is for a proof of concept. 3 sprite sheets to be collated. Currently the sprite movements are in separate files and would need to be in one. Additionally, not all sprite directions are available. 3 game maps to be generated. A potential obstacle would be ensuring clarity of player movement. The example I can provide will demonstrate the feel I am looking for. The challenge would be making some assets I am interested in fit. This may require modification of the assets themselves. 3 UI features to be created. This would be a text box, inventory and toolbar. Assets would also be available for this. Ideally an artist who can work with and generate PSD files; either with GIMP or photoshop.

We are looking for an illustrator who can provide 12 x simple black and white graphic images for use as small illustrations in a fantasy horror anthology due for publication early November. Due to time constraints and a number of false starts, we are looking for someone who can turn around images quickly. A full creative brief with a list of each image required will be given to the successful artist. The theme of the anthology is body parts, with each story being written around a specific key word such as 'heart', 'eye', etc. Style wise we are open to considering different offers however would prefer 'tattoo' style illustrations. We have a budget for this, however the amount offered is a placeholder, so please feel free to submit rates that differ and we will take all pitches into consideration. It would be preferable if you could state rates for all 12 images as a total figure if possible. When submitting a response, please include samples of previous similar work you have done. The chosen artist will be credited fully in the book. Please note is it is absolutely imperative that no AI be used in the creation of any artwork featured in this book. You will be asked to sign a contract stating that no AI has been used. We will be looking to hire very quickly, please feel free to ask any questions.
