Cognito Forms Sales Form - Update Product Logic

I have a sales form that allows you to pick from a list of cooking sets.
Depending on what cooking set you choose, the user then gets X amount of "A" product picks, and Y amount of "B" product picks.
I have already created the form template, I just need to add required logic for the "A" and "B" product lists to use the new validation rules. The checklists need to only allow a select number of products to be picked. And if too many are selected the user cannot proceed.
I have already lost 2 weeks of development time to be informed it is too complicated.
Please only send a proposal if you are confident you are competent enough with Cognito Forms to solve my issue.
