I am in need of a Driver for Raspberry Pi that will be used on Raspbian. The primary purpose of the driver is to communicate and receive data from a PC or Windows platform. Specifically, I require the driver to communicate with a windows via Bluetooth and RS232 channel.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
