I need to set up a simple enterprise AZURE server to host a server-side Google Tag Manager (GTM), and need someone who is an absolute "boss level" Azure admin to help me with this. We're looking for a WordPress developer who can create custom WordPress themes and build from scratch from Adobe XD files. We do not want anyone who uses templates or themes, but people who build from scratch and can understand sustainable website development. We're looking for someone who can work with us regularly as we have at least 25 hours of work per week that we need help with.
