UTM Generator and Convert to Bitly

Hello PeoplePerHour team
We’re looking to build a bulk UTM generator. So it will be a tool where we copy multiple URL’s and the software will automatically turn them into a specific URL with different UTM links but on top of this we would want too automatically create them into Bitly links too

Would you be able to do this?
We would need to make sure the converted URM's are saved too.
