Newspaper page templates

I am looking for someone to help us create newspaper templates, so that my inhouse team can then just drop in text and images and export to PDF. The templates need to be made using Adobe Indesign and the designer would need to work according to our branding and style guides. They will need to work closely to help create templates of various pages and looks. They must understand print and with newspaper design and column and advertisement spacing being an advantage.
£50 per page design. We are looking for around 20 pages to be designed.
