Job Description: The 3D Modeler – Architecture will be responsible for producing accurate and visually compelling 3D models and renderings of architectural designs. This role involves close collaboration with architects and designers to interpret project goals and create high-quality visuals for design development, client presentations, and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D architectural models from CAD drawings, sketches, and design briefs. Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a remote setting. A portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualizations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field. Experience with animation, walkthroughs, or real-time rendering.
