Web developer required, with some experience with Laravel

We are looking for a web developer to join the team. It's not a full-time position but we are growing fast and looking for a freelance developer who can commit to 5-10 hours a week, with potential for more work as we really start to fly. It doesn't have to be your full-time job, more than happy for work to happen in evenings and weekends.
The majority of our work is for client applications built in Laravel. Although some are legacy systems (up to 8-9 years old) they are all running Laravel v8+ and on PHP v8+ servers.There is the occasional WordPress client, but none of this work is building or maintaining themes, it's bespoke plugin work with existing APIs or brand new requirements.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys coding, most of it is Laravel, some Tailwind, Livewire or Alpine JS. I'm technical and have written all the code that you would be maintaining and improving so there's no question you can ask that won't get an answer. I want to find someone curious, someone better than me, someone who can come up with solutions and most of all someone who wants to learn and improve.
This isn't a client facing role, you will only be liaising with me and the rest of the team. Not expectations to join client calls, or Teams/Zoom with them. I will manage the process, and handovers, leaving you to concentrate on what you do best!
