Upload textual poker hands. Show in a graphical replayer

Description

I need a developer who can write a page or pages were a user comes to the site and uploads a text files that includes multiple poker hand histories. The hand history should be saved to the database and then the user is shown a hand replayer, were they can be shown each action in the hand, move between them and also move between hands.

You don't need to know how to play poker but if you do, it would be a help a little.
