You will be responsible fordesigning, developing and implementing algorithms, techniques, and strategiesto enhance the active and passive recruitment by bringing various resumes, toour database, phone number, email IDs and other required things in the process.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such ascomputer science, information technology, statistics, or data
Experience: Practical experience in the field can bebeneficial. This could be gained through internships, projects, or relevantwork experience
Tools: Experience with AI development tools and libraries
