Sales brochure making

We need a Sales brochure making so that we can use it to give to prospective schools. We are currently offering Schools Free EV Charger installations, and we have already completed lots of projects. We will send you all the images of the schools we have already done and the school logos you need and other info you may need. We just need it putting together in a presentable sales brochure so we can print it and physically take it to the schools. The brochure needs images of all our work and info of how we do it, images of the school logos and jobs we have done and the usual contact info for us. Car Ramp strucutral calculations

Hi We are looking to have some structral calculations done for a ramp that will lead onto a 1st floor (currently a flat roof). The height is only 1.5m from the floor to the ground floor. The entrance will be from a side road. The ceiling is constructed of concrete slabs supported with RSJ's. Half of the current 1st floor is utilised as a warehouse housing considerable weights. Images can be provided. Concrete slab is 250mm thick. We want to connect the ramp to this slab and need to know the best way to do this.

Architect -arts and craft style or 1920's specialist for Remodel

Hello, We already have the existing plans drawn up on CAD of a large house which needs a front elevation re-model. Over the years its had extension upon extension and is now very messy with unbalanced positions and styles of windows etc which do not match. It needs a modest front elevation extension to accommodate a new central staircase and most likely new central front door. Also elements of the front need re-modelled or tweaked (hopefully it does not need a grandeous restyle (certainly not grey aluminum or white render) , just sensitive window position/style changes and sensitive extension. Photo attached. Although Designs could be on CAD they could also be hand drawn as we are just looking for the creative concept or concepts to get the best solution. Needs experience of detail as small details and balance of proportions can make or break a design. Fee is flexible, could be by hour, open to proposals. Maybe respond with an hourly rate and creative time thought.
