I need a file changing

Description

I've got a file I need to convert into one with clear cutting lines for the vinyl cutting machine. I also need it changing to a PNG file and changing the colours to white and gold so I can use it in another printing machine.
1. Give us a print ready file I can use for the vinyl machine with clear cutting lines. 2. give us a png file but change the colours to white with gold sun rays.
please remove the bottom tag line so it just says Walnut Tree School.
