Short animated explainer video

I need an experience animator to design a short explainer video, about 1-2 minutes, to explain a service for a client of ours within the financial services sector.
The style is modern vector cartoon. We need a voice over too. We have an example voice over attached in this job which is created with AI, we're quite happy with the AI style but will need some guidance please.

I can also give you access to the website (in development stage).
We're a web design company so I also have a whole bunch of assets in illustrator I can send if needed.
Wasn't sure of the budget so I'm happy to hear from you if you are more expensive.
The main thing for us is finding the right person, that can interpret our brief, come up with some cool ideas and work with us to get the perfect explainer video.
Also to note, this is the first of 4 other videos with potential to work with us and our client on an ongoing basis for marketing videos.
Finally, we will require an NDA to be signed, if you have one great, if not we can supply you with one.
